Mediation Services – Mr. Roe is a Circuit Civil Mediator, Federal Civil Mediator, Department of Business and Professional Regulation Mediator and is qualified as a Mortgage Foreclosure Mediator. In the past three years, Mr. Roe has mediated more than 50 cases involving a broad array of civil litigation.
Winding Down Legal Practices – when, due to death or health issues, an attorney could no longer practice, Mr. Roe evaluated the the overall operation of the law firm, made necessary changes for the best economic outcome for the estate of the deceased or ailing attorney. Mr. Roe then winds down the practice to closure; protecting the rights of the clients while maximizing the profits of the law firm.
